Bitters, syrups, and shrubs can make a difference.
You’ve got the perfect recipe, your pour is spot on, and your technique is flawless. Why shouldn’t your bitters, syrups, and shrubs meet the same standards?
When your modifiers start with fresh ingredients, they’re going to taste good. When they’re made in small batches and by hand so that every step can be tested, they’re going to be better.
And when they use thoughtful combinations — like plums, habanero peppers, and basil in a shrub or syrup, or pecan smoked cinnamon sticks and cherry smoked vanilla beans in our bitters — they’re going to be special.
Shouldn’t your bitters, syrups, and shrubs measure up to your cocktails?
